Congratulations to Wenhui Yang on his newly published paper on TMech. Recently, Wenhui's paper titled 'PDSR3-Tac Hand: A Three-Fingered Soft-Rigid-Hybrid Robotic Hand With Embedded Tactile Perception Capability' has been accepted and published on the top journal in mechtronics, i.e., IEEE/ASME Transactions on Mechatronics.

Graduations on our IPCL member, Jing Fang
On May 28, 2026, Jing Fang, a master's graduate student in the laboratory (majoring in mechanical industrial design and engineering), participated in the master's thesis defense. The thesis title: System design and research on a haptic glove based on flexible sensing and multimodal feedback. In the next step, she will officially start her career and join Geely Automobile Research Institute (Ningbo) Co., Ltd.

By the River and Beyond: IPCL Spent a Relaxing Day at Nanjing Yuzui Wetland Park
Today, the members of the Intelligent Perception and Control Lab (IPCL) stepped out of the laboratory and into a different kind of field environment. At 2:00 p.m., the team arrived at Nanjing Yuzui Wetland Park in Jiangsu Province, beginning an afternoon shaped by riverside scenery, shared laughter, music, cards, and Huaiyang cuisine.
